For 4 days from 8th June till 11th June it was a time wherein everyone who was present had a lot of fun and enjoyed the opulent hospitality of Chitwan’s team. The venue was “The Rangers Reserve Resort” located in the midst of famous “Jim Corbett National Park”. Serene ambience, majestic view, enchanting weather, and a very warm welcome made everyone feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning.
It was a large gathering of numerous dealers, distributors, company staff and other important associates who all got together from different corners of the nation. The first dinner was hosted as a know-each-other event with a live orchestra playing nostalgic and mesmerizing beats of music. Infact a few songs resonated so well with the mood that they kind of became speech-tick for the next few days to follow. It was a great ice-breaker dinner and everyone readily became familiar and at-ease with others. Very early next morning (the 9th June) many guests enjoyed the thrill of adventurous jungle safari with a well-trained and experienced guide.
Though the jungle did not give chance to even glance at Big Cat, but the fact that it was somewhere in the vicinity was enough to keep everyone on the edge of their seats. Refreshing weather and peaceful surroundings, away from hustle-bustle of routine rush helped to relax and rejuvenate mind and body.
During the day a short game of cricket followed by enjoying rains in swimming pool, left everyone involved wanting more. During high tea, when Chitwan’s Management revealed the upcoming events for the night, everyone was awestruck and looking forward to it. The dinner was not just any usual affair, it was a gala dinner with lots of entertaining and engaging games and activities which helped foster instant team-bonding and amazing live performances by members made everyone grooving and swaying to blockbusters.
The pool-side brunch (10th June) was something which must be fresh in everone’s memories till date and will be cherished for a long time. Fun activities and water volleyball was enjoyed by everyone besides lip-smacking delicacies served by the chef. After an exhausting poolparty the fun was yet not now here close to an end. It was just getting better and better.
The dinner was preceded by a grand showcase of Chitwan’s journey and recognition of many partners for their association and contribution on achieving this milestone of 10th year gala celebrations. Entire team of dealers and distributors was exhilarated and enthralled by the humility and modesty of the founding partners.
