Amulya Mica has received IEC Activities & Intervention Award for its HIV AIDS Awareness Campaign on 1st Dec/2021 on World Aids Day from Gujarat State AIDS Control Society at Rajkot, Gujarat.
The company has received award & recognition for its HIV AIDS awareness campaign in Kutch district in the category of Excellent IEC (Information, Education & Communication) Activities & Intervention from Gujarat State AIDS Control Society, Ahmedabad on 1st Dec/2021, World AIDS Day 2021 at Rajkot. From Kutch district, Kandla Port Trust also received award in the category of Awareness on HIV for workers.
Gujarat AIDS control Society organised programme & award ceremony at Pramukh Swami Auditorium, Rajkot on 1st Dec/2021, World AID Day. The programme was chaired by Rajkot Mayor Dr. Pradip DAV, Municipal Commissioner sitting MLA and other renowned personalities of Rajkot and presented awards for performing AIDS awareness programmes during the period 2021-22. Mr. Sunil Thakore, General ManagerExport received award on half of the company from Dr. Rajesh Gopal, Additional Project Director, Gujarat State AIDS Control Society in presence of Gujarat Govt. MLA & officials and big corporates of Rajkot.
Amulya Mica firmly believes that the Corporate Social responsibilities (CSR) is not just additional function of the business; rather it is ingrained in the company’s core business operation. Under CSR activities, company started HIV AIDS Control awareness campaigning programme with NGO Shri Seva Nidhi Trust, Anjar by painting pictures of HIV AIDs diseases, causes and precaution in 100 villages in the district of Kutch. In between time, we also organised Nukkad Sabha and gave information about deadly diseases of HIV AIDS and what precaution required to villagers. On basis of our efforts, we received award in the category of IEC activities & Intervention from State Govt. of Gujarat. Speaking on this great achievement, MD Mr. Rakesh Agarwal thanked to Gujarat Govt. for trusting on the company’s efforts for good causes of the society. At the same time, he thanked Shri Kinjal Bhai, NGO of Shri Seva Nidhi Trust for their hard efforts of campaigning. Mr. Agarwal assured to continue campaign against HIV AIDs and protect the society from its ill-effect.
