Euro Pratik has secured a 51% stake in Chawla Brothers, a well-established 47-year-old partnership firm based in Jalandhar and Ludhiana, to drive expansion across Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh. This strategic acquisition marks the company's second acquisition in two quarters, following URO Veneer World in the South.
As per Mr Pratik Singhvi, Director, Euro Pratik Sales Limited, the move is expected to enhance Euro Pratik's regional presence, boost brand visibility, and enable deeper penetration in North India. This acquisition is projected to boost revenue by approximately ₹85 Crores in the next financial year.
Euro Pratik has reported that, the total investment for this acquisition is valued at Rs 32.20 crore. Chawla Brothers, which operates in the wholesale and retail decorative surface industry, reported a turnover of Rs 49.50 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Euro Pratik expects the deal to conclude by March 31, 2026, aimed at enhancing brand visibility and regional presence across North Indian markets.
