Rajasthan based Premier Plylam Marketing Company has opened the largest interior/exterior products experience centres in the pink city Jaipur with the name of PRIMARK. The opening of the showroom/experience centre was done by grand virtual launch on the occasion of Dashahra on October 25, 2020. The launching event stated with Ganesh Bandana followed by video play on the journey of PRIMARK during live broadcast on Ply Reporter and Surface Reporter Facebook page. On the occasion the special guests of PRIMARK were included: Ar Tushar Sogani, Tushar Sogani Designs Pvt. Ltd from Jaipur; Ar Anshuman Sharma, Design Inc from Jaipur; Ar Neilesh Kenkare, Arch-Aid from Mumbai; Ms Mansi Pandey, The Design House from Mumbai; Ar Bhavya Kenkare, Arch-Aid from Mumbai and Ar Chandrika Sahay, Meraki Design from Gurgaon. Besides, a number of dealers and distributors were present online from different cities of Rajasthan.
A virtual walkthrough of PRIMARK – the inspiring interior products’ experience centre with Bollywood actor Ms Ishita Raj was very much inspiring and informative. During the walkthrough Ms Ishita Raj moved on to the entire showroom with the Managing Director Mr Ashish Gupta asking about the designs and the product showcased in the experience centre and its application uses and cost PRIMARK: THE LARGEST EXPERIENCE CENTRE FOR INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PRODUCTS LAUNCHED IN JAIPUR effectiveness for a common people. Premier Plylam is serving the wood panel and decorative industry and trade since last 26 years and is now reaching to new heights by launching PRIMARK-one of the largest exterior/interior products experience centres in the country. They are offering plywood, laminate, veneer, decorative surfaces, floorings, WPCs, Cement Fiber Boards, Adhesives, ACP etc with its distribution, marketing and supply.

The launching of the showroom was organised by the company in association with Ply Reporter and Surfaces Reporter – the leading magazine for this trade, who were the online broadcast media partners of the event. The event was viewed by over 25000 people, industry professionals, dealers, retailers, architects and interior designers on different social media platforms. For this all done virtually over 500 comments have been received congratulating for the entire efforts. The event was lot of entertaining and engaging program and talks with famous international stand-up comedian Mr Amit Tandon, who made people think on the natty-gritty of life experiences.

The designing part of the showroom has been done by Ar Apoorva Bhagalie from Mumbai and the execution has been done by Sr Ar Santosh Agarwal. Mr Ashish said that it looks extravagant and there is thought in minds that it may be very expensive but it’s not very expensive. Though it’s very nicely done but the cost is very reasonable as the product used are quite reasonable at price.
The virtual tour in an attractive video play was giving experience of showcased exclusive range of products displayed in a vast showroom having larger than life looks and feel of the entire products range. Later addressing the viewers online Mr Ashish Gupta welcomed all and said, “It’s delightful moment for us and the entire team of Premium Ply Lam for having inauguration of their dream project PRIMARK experience centre.”
In conversation with Mr Pragath Dvivedi, Founder Editor, Ply Reporter, he said, “The thrust for creating a display/ experience centre is to help our business associates and inspire them to have their own display centres also. Second objective is to spread the knowledge how to use a product and how good it looks after applications. We have been selling decorative products range and all other products since long time with our dealers’ network and channel partners. Earlier we were functional with the help of folders but I was regularly telling and guiding them to have their own display centres. But, I felt that until we do not create an impressive experience centre at our end the experiences, we want to share with them is just the knowledge sharing which is half done.”
“By having a display centre our confidence as well as our business associates have increased ten times because the real beauty of any product comes out only after application. We deal in so many products in decorative range like Acrylic panels, PVC, Decolite panels, Alabaster, Stone mosaic, Wood mosaic, WPC, Cement boards, Exterior claddings, Interior claddings, Stone claddings etc. So, the thrust for creating the experience centre is entirely on application of the product. So, at every section and walls of the showroom we tried to showcase the application of the products,” he added
Mr Ashish Gupta added further that the dealers and retailers are regularly visiting to the experience centre since the showroom is being constructed and they are getting inspired. Many of the nearby dealers have also created display at their showroom. There is an incident that a dealer from very remote area after seeing my laminate display, he also created a panel display at their shop and obtained four times more sales, so this s inspiring rather than harming our dealers sales. Also, those dealers who have constraint space are coming to us with their customers at this experience centre and showcasing how the products looks like after application. So, the major thrust is to guide and share the knowledge to business associates.
