“UP, Bihar, Uttarakhand and other northern and eastern states are under consideration for spreading our wings, that will be taken into consideration just after the pandemic easing up and market come to normal functioning,” said Mr Amrut

Talking about their journey so far, he says, the journey is very interesting and a learning experience with regular change in technology and its upgradation. The first four years was a normal production at our facility but with technology upgradation in the year 2012, we were perfectly able to cater to the architects’ and interior designers’ demands.

“Finetouch is a premium products collection in 1mm in which is manufactured with European papers and it is a phenolic product. With focus on innovation on designs and trend in colors, we adopted advance plates like Zero finish and synchronize and the adoption of new papers with further upgradation of our dryers and presses for quality offerings the current catalogue is considered as one of the few tops folders in the country,” he added.

He narrates that at present there are few more ranges nearer to the standard thickness like 0.92mm and 0.72mm are being offered and its demand is also there in the market. The reason to rise such offering is the rising demand from middle class people in last ten years. Earlier they were in the habit to finish their houses built or purchased, after two to three years but, now they look for immediate action for finishing. In that case, for making their furniture, interiors etc, they ask for economical products but innovative designs and quality.

The 0.92 offerings also there are two types in the market, one that is having designs like having in 1mm folder and other like 0.8mm folders. But, 1mm has standard customers and they like to purchase only 1mm as this segment has better respite that facilitate R&D, innovation, presentation of designs & textures and market presence. “If a product has a better presentation before the customers supported with excellent after sales service, the sales get generated automatically.” “If you want to fucus on your product sales you must do R&D and innovations on the product offerings. If any folder fails, it takes at least 15 months’ time to recover, so keep focus on continuous innovation, R&D and customers choice to keep any folder ahead of others, that is what Finetouch is doing,” he added.

In terms of service to the dealers and distributors Finetouch delivery schedule is less than a week. “Besides, we are opening exclusive display gallery of Finetouch with full sheet display. Currently seven centers are operating in different cities like Udaipur, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Pune, Mumbai and by the end of this year, we have target to open ten display galleries across the country in which Bhatinda, Hisar and Jalandhar are in pipeline. That will be taken care of just after the pandemic situation easing up in coming times,” he informed. “I would like to say that those who are willing to serve their customers with quality products Finetouch offerings are best for them,” he added.
