On 12 July, a meeting of Film Face Manufactures Association was held under the guidance of Mr. Davinder Chawla (President of All India Plywood Manufactures Association) and the following resolutions was passed:
Due to extra ordinary increase in price of raw material (Timber & Fuel Wood), the rate of shuttering plywood will be increased by minimum of Rs 2 per sqft. with immediate effect including on the pending orders.
As position of Timber is critical and in coming days there are chances of further hike in prices so after 15 days we will be organising another meet to discuss further hike if required.
