In the midst of Covid-19 lockdown, the industry at large and more specifically the wood panel industry is faced with unique challenges. The first and foremost is how do we meet our operating expenses, how do we pay our employees, how do we take care of other business aspects; the list is endless.
It is in times like these, that we as an industry must stand up and face the challenges as one; take along our partners, help them meet the basic business nitty gritty. It is important that we help them rotate the billings to the best of our ability. The seniors of the organisation must volunteer and take a salary cut till the good times come back. The bad may last for another few months and we must unitedly fight it. The organised lot must help the smaller dealers, suppliers, vendors etc to stay afloat.
