As a joint effort by Mr Yogesh Bang, President, VPMA, Nagpur, Mr Narendra Bafna, PLVAI, Indore, Mr. Gautam Jain, Mumbai, Mr Chetan Patel, BPHA, Bhopal, Mr Vijay Patel, Raipur, Mr Alok Mohta, Bangalore and Mr. Pravin Mehta, Jodhpur along with Trade Associations related to 40 different cities to address the concerns of plywood and laminate traders, All India Plywood and Laminate Trade Association has been formed with a shared vision of guiding the stakeholders through all sorts of trade contingencies.
However the organization is yet to be registered but the executive body is already formed. The aforementioned people will play the role of coordinators. The terms of registrations, as drafted by the members of the association are as follows:
1. 2 members from associations of all the cities and states of India should be kept in the organization.
2. The remaining association members should also be added to the currently operating WhatsApp group.
3. The name of the organization should be registered as All India Plywood and Laminate Trade Association.
As of now, organizations from more than 40 cities have joined this association. A web meeting was organized, in which All India Association and many other organizations participated and many issues were discussed.
According to the coordinators, if wholesalers and retailers unite, it can be easy to take the business to a different level. Business is also changing rapidly now. From the way of working to the market, the methods of selling, everything is changing.
Efforts will be made to connect businessmen and industrialists from all over India with the association. The association will take steps towards nabbing defaulters in GST, BIS and other trade related concerns.
