Pioneer Panel to Launch Thin MDF with New Line

Haryana based MDF producer, Pioneer Panel Products are entering into thin MDF, ranging 2 to 6 mm, manufacturing and going to set up new line of 180 cubic meters per day. Mr. Lalit Gupta, Director of company says that the new line will suppose to begin commercial production by June, 2018. Their MDF boards are made of 100% hardwood eucalyptus timber for higher density to making them ideal for polishing and painting.

“Our 8 head sander to insure perfectly calibrated panel surface and thickness with uniform density properties allowing for freedom from knots and twists. Being free from defects of waviness, air pockets or other bonding defects it offers smooth surface with uniform density and high internal bond, which make it ideal for carving, routing, painting and lacquering. It is available in exterior and interior grades and in variants of single-sided and double side lamination,” said Mr Lalit Gupta. 

“Our USP to work with market demand and develop the products according to market requirement, in this subject we are coming with Thin MDF in June this year for fulfilling the market needs,” he added.
