With increasing urbanization, Improving affordability, Increase in replacement demand & Government Initiative, demand for readymade furniture is rapidly growing as consumers are increasingly finding themselves short on time and inconvenient to get customized furniture fabricated by carpenters. North India being production hub for items viz. handicrafts, gift boxes, photo lamination & frames, shoes, loud speaker boxes etc. where MDF is being used extensively.

In order to meet the current needs as well as future increased market demand for MDF, Action TESA has yet again hit the bull’s eye by introducing a new MDF Plant as a New Year gift to the Indian Panel Industry.

The new MDF plant equipped with the world’s latest technology forming and press line including a 8’X27.1m ContiRoll® press as well as other components from Seimpelkamp GmbH & Co., Germany is all set to start it’s operation in January-2018. With this expansion Action TESA becomes the biggest MDF manufacturer in India having Annual Production Capacity of 511,000 CBM thus leaving no stone unturned in retaining No. 1 position in Panel Industry.

Equipped with Spiral Glue technology ensures that each fibre of MDF gets uniform coating of glue from all directions thus resulting in enhanced Internal Bond (IB) making it excellent routable boards. Superior IB results in less fibre visible on surface after routing thus are making it economical in processing viz. polishing, painting, PVC membrane… of MDF

This expansion will not only give boost to country’s current MDF production by 800 CBM/Day but will also ensure offering high quality product at an economical price thus relieving dependency of Indian Panel Industry from low quality overseas products well in line with the ethos of “Make In India” spirit.
