North East based Gattani industries has entered into PVC Boards and Doors Frame manufacturing by installing two lines for production in Jorhat, Assam. Among the newly installed lines one will be dedicated to manufacture PVC boards and the other to doors frames. These lines' production capacities are about 100 tonne per month each. Mr Ayush Gattani, the director of the company talking to the Ply Reporter said that there is a very good enquiry for PVC Door frames in North-East market. Seeing the great potential, they are going to install another two lines for PVC door frame manufacturing very soon in near future. For the installation of another slot of machines the orders have been already placed.
“The North-East market is very good for PVC door frames as the users from this area are not getting material from other parts of the country. This would be the first manufacturing unit in North-East itself to manufacture WPC Board and WPC door frames,” said Mr Ayush Gattani, the director of the company. He further said that the company has a target right from the beginning that the quality manufacturing will be the prime objective and the manufactured door frames density would be more than 5.0. With this initiative taken up by Gattani Industries into this segment of panel industry the customers in the North-East region would be able to get better services and quality products.
“The company is going to launch a new range of products with the brand name of Gattani itself. Its commercial production will begin from the first week of April, 2022. Gattani Industries is known to always manufacture quality products. Gattani is famous in the plywood segment and our vision is to maintain the same legacy in the PVC segment and also what the customers are enjoying with plywood,” he added.
