Trikalp laminates owned by Mr Vikash Mittal is a new venture coming up in the market with the experience of more than two years of operation in laminate manufacturing business. With the vision to have faith in self Mr Vikash is enthusiast to write a new story in high pressure laminates industry and trade. Trikalp laminates has started its commercial production in September month.
Trikalp Laminates, a premier manufacturer of laminates has come up with brand ‘Trikalp’ in the country keeping focus on the regions including Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Haryana, MP and Gujarat in first phase. With suggestions and encouragement of industry conglomerates to get indulged in laminate production the company observed the potential in this category and having an experience of two year of working in this industry as a partner with one of Yamuna Nagar based laminate producing company, they have started their own new plant of High Pressure Laminates in Yamunanagar, Haryana. Equipped with an area of 88000 sq ft production facility in Yamunanagar, they have begin commercial production in September 2017.
With installed capacity of one lac sheets per month, the company has set up a state-of-art manufacturing facility with numerous equipments which help them in obtaining quality products. Talking about the initiative
Mr Vikash Mittal, Director, Trikalp Laminates said, “We have get installed one laminate press along with other subsidiary machines and equipments which include: two boilers, two dryers, one cutter, sanding, RO, Coolant and Dust Collector at our facility. With this infrastructure we will be manufacturing laminates ranging from 0.8 mm to 1mm, which will be Phenol bonded liner grade, door skin laminate. The production will be started in its full swing from December 2017.”
In a meeting held in their facility centre premises with a number of dealers/distributors from the country they have finalised several dealers’ distributors and many more of them have to be selected in later days. On distribution of the manufacture goods Mr Vikash Mittal said, “Our products are ready to launch in market and we are in process of finalizing distributor for all prominent markets. We will introduce all range right from 0.8 mm to 1 mm laminates in different textures and colours. We are in the process of making distributors at each state. We have plans to appoint at least one distributor in each state and on their own capacity they will appoint dealers in their respective region. Recently we had a meeting in which distributors were coming from across the country. Initially we have plans to finalise for Rajasthan, UP, Punjab, Haryana, MP, Gujarat etc from them as we will be primarily focusing on these area in the beginning.”
Trikalp laminates is aggressive in their production increase as they have plan for adding another press by the end of this year and increase production to the double to the present capacity. “Our production facility is a three press unit in which we have presently installed one press and by December this year the second press will be installed. Our team believe in quality products manufacturing so he has installed all machinery which requires for quality products produce. Customer satisfaction is our prime objective and we will take all necessary steps for their needs and make them satisfied with our quality products, timely delivery and after sales service. With having distributors stock at many places we are capable to give short supply effectively without delay.”
