Gandhidham, Gujarat based Plywood & Laminates company Amul Boards Pvt. Ltd., maker of 'AMUL' & 'SAKET' Ply and Purbanchal Laminates Pvt. Ltd, maker of 'AMULYA MICA' & 'AMULYA WPC' organized its annual ALL India Sales Meet at Holiday Village Resort, Gandhihdam from April 16 to 19, 2019. The meet was inaugurated by Chairman Shri Om Prakash Agarwal, MD Shri Rakesh Agarwal along with Shri Mukesh Agarwal, Smt & Shri Abhay Srivastav, Shri Hari Maheswari & Company's Executive Director Ms Shailja Agarwal by lighting the lamp & Ganesh Vandana followed by National anthem.
The aim of conducting all India Sales meet was to encourage and motivate the team spirit and to update the market trend in tough market and also to review & analyze the company's growth, achievement & future strategies. The meeting's hot topic was to give awareness to team FIT - 2 - WIN, product awareness & train marketing skill as per latest trend. So the theme of the meeting is FIT - 2 - WIN.
In Opening session, MD Shri Rakesh Agarwal spoke about theme based conference to make it more interactive & fun. Health is key thing to achieve any success. Our team must be in good health for achieving the goal. So FIT-2- WIN was the theme.
As per the theme Fit -2-win, health checkup camp was organized and checked all team member ,total of 108 person’s BMI, BP, Sugar level & Thyroid etc and given health card and tips to maintain health. Blood Donation camp was also organized and every member donated voluntarily blood for noble cause. Guest Doctor, Dr. Ritu Kasyap, Nutritionist raised the awareness regarding health stating how to maintain balance & healthy life –style by performing daily early morning 5 Surya Namaskar & chanting AUM mantra. Further she advised to eat wisely.
Shri Hari Maheshwari, Resident Director guided the sales team that everyone must have a strong determination to achieve the goal. By giving the example of Kite flying, he advised to develop the skill to win the race.
Some awareness and training was given that how to lead, how to promote the brand, how to expand the market, about market penetration, about the potential buyer, digital Marketing - how to convince potential buyer by giving a good reason to buy AMUL & AMULYA MICA & AMULYA WPC products, some event, milestone & achievement & details about product of the company. Each Sales team members had presented their sales performance report year ended March 19 & future plan / strategy for the financial year 2019 - 20.
On the occasion Amulya Times Vol. 16, Profile & Credential was released during the meeting. New Catalogue/ folder Synchronized laminate, Digital Laminates, Amulya Cladding & Door Guard were released.
To improve the selling skill and better performance, Mr. Abhay Srivastav – H.R. Consultant advised to keep sales information properly & set the target of year 2019-20.
The Guest Speaker Mr. Pragat Divivedi, Editor in Chief- The Ply-Reporter encouraged Sales members to become super in order to show the growth. Today market is full of competition and it is customer centric due to digitalization. There is no Quick-fix solution of sale growth. In business there is no average business / sale. We have to create brand image by selling value added product. In present market scenario, one should perform 100%, then only he/ she can survive. Vice president of the company Shri Tarun Agarwal presented Production’s plan for improvement in production capacity. General Manager –Marketing Shri S.K. Tharad presented 2018-19 sales achievement and future planning for the year 2019-20.
In concluding session, the company’s MD Shri Rakesh Agarwal discussed the company’s growth, market related issue, plywood & laminate & WPC division and thanked every members as company achieved 19% growth in laminate segment in last FY 2081-19. He encouraged everyone to work hard to sustain in the market which is full of competition, where supply is more than double of demand. Behind the success of any company, it is their SALE force- hard work. So it is the need of the hour to perform 100%. He has given importance to use Digital media for promotion of Brand image and creating good relationship. Mr. Agarwal thanked team as the company is awarded with Greentech CSR Award & SME Empowering Award -2019 powered by National Productivity Council (NPC).
On 2nd day of meeting, The Night Cricket “Amulya Premier League -2019 was organized and sales team played with zeal and enjoyed the match. Man of the Match Shri Surendra Verma & Shri Hira Singh were awarded with trophy and Shri Hira Singh again was awarded with Man of the Series. Winner team was awarded with Trophy.
At the end top performers are awarded by gift. The four days meeting was ended with vote of thanks and trip to Bhujodi – a tourist place.
