H R Industries’ “Turret Un-winder” and Gravure Coaters are the most sophisticated Turret and Gravure coaters in the Indian Market. For a High Speed Impregnation Line to be really termed as High Speed is when the speed remains constant while paper splicing is done.
In their Masterpiece Series 1416 offerings they have for the Indian market chosen a High Speed Turret Unwinder, suitable to run and join papers at 150 MPM. The designed speed allows them to run comfortably the machine at 135 MPM with splicing also occurring at 135 MPM. No loss in splicing time allows in a saving of around 30000 sheets of Impregnated paper per month versus slow speed splicing machine.
HR has adopted European Standards and simplified Techniques in their machines suitable for this high speed at the same while performing delicate maneuvers. This is one of the biggest wood & wood related machineries exhibitions in IRAN. Spread out amply over many halls it demonstrates the huge Iranian Wood furniture market and its importance to the economy.
HR INDUSTRIES was one among three Indian participating Companies and the only one in the Paper Impregnation sector. The exhibition was well received and they received a generous interest in their machines.
HR at LIGNA 2017, Germany
Hannover is synonymous with Messe and for the Wood working and processing Industry LIGNA 2017 was the crown jewel of all exhibitions. In LIGNA 2017 the mantra was “Innovation & Automation”. LIGNA 2017 was all about digitalization, integrated production and automation with the theme of Industry 4.0 being the dominant.

HR at VietnamWood 2017
Vietnam Wood is among of the most respected wood exhibitions in the South East Asia region. Vietnam being among one of the fastest growing and emerging economies, remains pre dominantly a Wood furniture exporter. International Expo centre is well equipped for hosting International exhibitions and organization of the fair was very impressive.
H R INDUSTRIES show cased its region centric machineries for the Vietnamese market and was very well received from its patrons and future clients.
HR at WOODEX 2017, Moscow
This is an alternate yearly event held in Moscow over many years and still holds as among one of the best in the Wood & Wood working machinery sectors. Held at CROCUS EXPO, in the outskirts of Moscow, this was a total indoor event. Well organized as any exhibition with years of experience will tend to be.
