Rajesh Shah owned Euro Panel Products Pvt Ltd is now sole owner of brand Eurobond Aluminium Composite Panel as per recent order by Mumbai High Court. In an order dated 04-12-2018, Mumbai High Court Division Bench upheld the Single Bench Order – restraining Eurobond Industries Pvt. Ltd. to use Euro/ Eurobond or any other mark similar or dissimilar to the registered TM. Supreme Court of India also has rejected the Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal by EUROBOND INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD arising out of impugned final judgment and order dated 04- 12-2018 passed by the High Court of Bombay in favour of EURO PANEL PRODUCTS PVT. LTD stating for the extension of use of trade mark EURO. Now, Euro Panel Products Pvt Ltd is only producer/ supplier of Eurobond ACP.
It is evident that the matter has been in under trial at High Court of Bombay for over four years and on June 2015 a single bench had granting an injunction against Eurobond Industries Private Limited in respect of the EUROBOND registered trademark. Mr. Rajesh Shah, Director, Euro Panel Products Pvt Ltd welcomed the court order and informed the decision to The Ply Reporter correspondent and said that as per recent court order, he is the sole owner of EUROBOND Aluminium Composite Panels. He further added that now he would serve the market and trade better with sole ownership and lead the brand Eurobond to new height in ACP sector.
