Rebecca Laminates Entering Into Plywood Manufacturing

Rebecca Group is venturing into plywood manufacturing with installation of two new presses. They are planning to manufacture calibrated plywood of good quality. The group is a leading organization engaged in laminates manufacturing. The organization is under constant direction of an expert professional team that has an expertise in various expert fields such as Laminate, Tiles, Plywood, Packaging and Printing Industries. The plant is located in Morbi, Gujarat, which is spread over 10 acres.

Talking about the new venture Mr Kanji Patel, Director, Rebecca Group said, “We are planning to enter into plywood manufacturing as the industry is on growth and quality seekers are looking for a better range of products. The change in customers’ behaviour towards focus on quality has attracted us to venture into this segment. The quality plywood industry has great potential with rising domestic made furniture demand”.

 

“We will be coming up with calibrated plywood which demand is growing due to better functionality on machines. For this purpose we are going to install two hot presses, one cold press, Calibrators, Core composer, Peeling machines and other required machines. The factory operation would be semi automatic as the system is installed with a conveyor belt for shifting the manufactured goods without involving labour,” he added. 

Rebecca is a leading player of decorative laminate with a strong network of dealers across the country. The company observes that the network will support them in sales growth. But, for the new range of products the company will also focus on network building besides the existing network for laminate sales.
