Increased Supply to Reduce Finish Goods Prices; Retail to Grow in 2018-19

Kolkata based company Gennext Plywood (P) Ltd marketing plywood and decorative veneer under the brand name “ASEAN” has organized a fourday Dealers’ meet at Phuket from November 27 2018 to November 30, 2018. All together 42 participants from Maharashtra and Karnataka participated in the meet. The trip was also joined by Mr. Mahabir Agarwal, Mg. Director of the company. The participants reached Phuket on 27th November 2018. After rest and lunch, the dealers enjoyed at beautiful beach till evening. The formal meet started around 7 pm. Mr. Ravi Malagikar, Mr. Ajay Pawar and Mr Shyam Khandale of the company greeted all DSA the guests.

After a warm welcome, Mr. Mahabir Agarwal addressed the meeting. He also thanked all participants for joining the meeting and expressed his satisfaction on overall business being done by all the dealers. He thanked dealers for showing confidence in the company and wished their continued and enthusiastic support. Mr. Agarwal also launched ASEAN CLUB plywood and explained the properties of the product to all dealers. ASEAN CLUB is an IS:710 grade plywood with extra layer to add strength to the plywood. The plywood comes with a warranty of 20 years to develop confidence among consumers. Mr. Agarwal requested all dealers to promote company’s value added products also.

A brief talk on company’s future plans was followed by distribution of mementoes to all dealers. The dealers had lot of fun over live music, dance and dinner.

Next two days were spent in various sight-seeing including Phuket city tour and Phi Phi Island. All participants were overwhelmed with magnificent view of the island and enjoyed various water sports including scuba diving and snorkeling. Asean keep on organizing these trips as a trust building initiative practiced for product activation. Company always ensures that the products unite all the customer’s wishes and does justice to their specific requirements.
